Guanlitan accepts eligible returns within 60 days from delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible refunds are processed within 12 days after the applicable return has been received and approved. Guanlitan does not charge a separate return or refund processing fee for eligible returns.

Order Cancellation Requests
